Pear will help you train smart and efficiently for your next Rock 'n' Roll marathon or half marathon.

These plans are non Pear coaching-enabled and suited for runners who are not ready to purchase a Pear Mobile or Pear Pro yet. These plans can only be accessed online via the Pear Portal in a calendar format and are non Pear device enabled.

Choose from half marathon or marathon and 3 levels of plans:

STARTER
- Training plan ideal for individuals getting ready for their first half or full marathon
- Runners should be able to run 4 miles before beginning.
- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 48 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 64 workouts

INTERMEDIATE
- Training plan for runners with a specific goal in mind for their next race
- Runners should be able to run 6 miles before beginning.
- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 60 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 80 workouts

ADVANCED
- Training plan designed for the experienced runner looking to set a new PR
- Runners should be able to run 8 miles before beginning.
- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 72 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 96 workouts
