PEAR wants you to perform at your peak. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, take a look at our Return Warranty and Refund Policies below. Then follow these simple steps.

RETURN WARRANTY POLICY

If there is an issue with the PEAR Square One, headphones, HR strap, foot pod or soft goods that falls under the PEAR limited time Warranty.

  1. All Return Warranty items must be sent in within 1 year of purchased date.
  2. All Return Warranties must have an RMA #.
  3. All Returns Warranties must have their RMA # written on the outside of the package or it will be sent back to sender COD.
  4. Warranty Replacement item(s) will be sent out within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved Return.
  5. Replacement items will be shipped to you (ground) at no charge however you can upgrade your shipping and pay the difference.
Simple steps to a Return Warranty:

1. Fill out an RMA Form - once it has been processed you will be emailed an RMA number and return instructions.
2. Box up your return and ensure to include the following:

  1. RMA number written on the outside of the package
  2. Copy of the receipt
  3. Copy of your RMA# email
REFUND POLICY

To receive a refund, returned items must be purchased from the PEAR Sports online store at the PEAR Sports Online Store.

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchased date to receive a product refund.
  2. Items returned in original unopened condition will receive a full refund
  3. Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e., incorrect product)
  4. Items returned that were purchased with, all or part of a gift certificate will be refunded as PEAR Sports store credit for use on a future purchase.
  5. All refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days of receiving your approved return.
  6. Refunds must have their RMA# written on the outside of the package or it will be sent back to sender COD.
