- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 48 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 64 workouts

INTERMEDIATE
- Training plan for runners with a specific goal in mind for their next race
- Runners should be able to run 6 miles before beginning.
- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 60 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 80 workouts

ADVANCED
- Training plan designed for the experienced runner looking to set a new PR
- Runners should be able to run 8 miles before beginning.
- Half Marathon - 12 weeks, 72 workouts
- Marathon - 16 weeks, 96 workouts
